Delegates will be introduced to the Self-Care Toolkit designed to enhance personal resilience. This toolkit includes assessment tools for self-care practices and strategies for overall health, covering four domains: mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. Nurse leaders can assess their resilience while gaining resources to enhance resilience within their teams.
