The two-day program features keynote conversations with leaders from across the sector, alongside more than 40 concurrent sessions showcasing nurse-led innovation in workforce wellbeing and sustainability, capacity building from within, and collaboration across practice, research, and academia. From mentorship and retention strategies to AI-enabled leadership and hospital-at-home care models, attendees will leave with practical tools and fresh perspectives to strengthen nursing leadership at every career stage — all set against the backdrop of a poster showcase, networking receptions, and an evening dinner event.

We invite nurse leaders, administrators, clinicians, researchers, educators, policy makers and students to submit abstracts that reflect this year’s main theme of Leading with Impact: Strength and Adaptability in Nursing. Join us in highlighting nursing leadership’s impact through the sharing of innovative approaches, research, and initiatives that demonstrate the strength & adaptability needed to navigate complex & shifting healthcare environments, and advance nursing excellence.  Peer reviewed oral & poster presentations will focus on how nurse leaders build individual, organizational, & leadership capacity; inspire resilience; foster collaboration & excellence in practice, research & education; and support workforce wellbeing and sustainability.
