Leigh Guertin (she/her) s a passionate, value-based leader who aspires to continue to learn, contribute and impact the healthcare system. After spending over a decade working as a bedside RT, she transitioned into healthcare leadership roles, working on chronic disease management, and professional practice lead during the pandemic. Leigh now works as a Patient Care Manager for Acute Care at Northumberland Hills Hospital. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science degree (University of Ottawa), is a registered Respiratory Therapist (Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences), a certified respiratory educator and is currently working on her Master of Health Science of Health Administration (University of Toronto). Leigh is particularly interested in equity in healthcare and providing seamless care across the continuum.
