Frontline healthcare providers working under pandemic conditions are at increased risk of burnout. Strategies to reduce burnout and sustain organizational functioning and delivery of optimal patient care should be explored. We examined the impact of resilience, a modifiable factor, on diminishing burnout amongst multidisciplinary healthcare providers. Our findings support the use of staff resilience-building opportunities for pandemic preparedness purposes.
