Anne Campbell, RN, BScN, MN, is a seasoned healthcare leader and nurse with 47 years of experience in patient care, education, project management, corporate planning and 22 years in progressive leadership positions including Vice President and CNE. Anne is published and has lead a number of transformational projects related to care delivery models, professional practice models, nursing leadership infrastructure redesign and culture shifts on patient, family & staff experience and engagement. In 2020, Anne became a healthcare consultant providing organizations with strategic leadership support and coaching and mentoring senior nursing leaders across the province. Anne has a passion for inspiring and motivating health professionals to design a preferred future where the voice of the patient, family and staff engage in continuous improvement to co-create the way we deliver care. Anne is known for her work in patient/staff experience and engagement and has presented this work internationally.
Caro Young-Ritchie RN, MScN, FCAN, CHE, is a seasoned healthcare leader and nurse with over 30 years of experience, recognized for her expertise in navigating complexity and driving positive change within the health care sector. She is known for consistently delivering high-quality outcomes while skillfully supporting the people side of change. In 2023, Carol established her own consulting practice, where she provides strategic leadership to organizations as well as provides coaching and mentoring services. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Western University, where she has taught graduate-level studies in nursing leadership. Carol holds a Master of Science in Nursing (2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2001) from Western University, as well as a Nursing Diploma from Fanshawe College (1984). She is a Certified Canadian Health Care Executive and has earned the prestigious designation of Fellow from the Canadian Nurses Association.
