Michelle is a Registered Nurse and passionate Quality Improvement and Digital Transformation Specialist with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, in both clinical and improvement roles. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University and a Masters of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the University of Toronto. Michelle is currently engaged in health system transformation through her work as a Transformation Lead in Humber River Health’s Innovation Excellence Department.
