Given the growing shortage of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) there’s an urgency to grow this important workforce, ensuring access to care now and in future. In collaboration with college partners, ParaMed successfully created a strategy to engage and maintain a pipeline of qualified PSWs to provide care in the community.
