This guided discussion session is designed to bring together nurse leaders to discuss the unique challenges they face in their roles and explore strategies for providing effective support. Nurse leaders play a crucial role in healthcare settings, guiding teams, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality patient care. However, they often encounter significant pressures and obstacles that can impact their effectiveness and well-being. This session will provide a platform for nurse leaders to share their experiences, identify common challenges, and begin to collaborate on opportunities for NLN to provide support.
