We have seen a significant amount of change in senior nursing leadership positions across the sectors. Although often charged with mentoring others, there are few forums for those in senior nursing leadership roles to come together and share ideas. This informal session offers an opportunity for CNEs and other senior nurse leaders to engage in open conversation, reflect on shared challenges, and foster a supportive leadership community.
