Lorelei Roque-Reyes, RN, BScN, PMP, LSSGB, Transformation Lead, Humber River Health
Lorelei is a Registered Nurse with a career spanning over two decades in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, combined with a Certificate in Nursing Leadership and Management. She was privileged to have donned various hats within the field of nursing. With a passion for clinical innovation, she transitioned from frontline nursing to clinical informatics, bridging clinical practice and technology for 12 years. As a certified Project Management Professional, Lorelei is currently a Transformation Lead at Humber River Health, where she leverages her diverse skill set to integrate clinical and informatics expertise into quality improvement projects and change management, driving the adoption of transformative initiatives one step at a time.
Shirley Goguen, RN, Information Systems Analyst, Humber River Health
Shirley Goguen has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years. Shirley began her career at Humber River Hospital (HRH) in 2002 and has since worked in a variety of capacities from bedside nursing in Telemetry and Critical Care; including Resource Nurse to Clinical Practice Leader for Critical Care. In 2012, she embraced her passion for health informatics as she transitioned to a Clinical Informatics Specialist role with focus on inter-professional training and building within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). She has progressed to an Information Systems Analyst position, where she continues to support multiple clinical areas with best practice and quality/safety improvement initiatives, with emphasis on HRH’s EHR solution and other integrated applications.
