Recognizing that new nurses require structured programs to enhance confidence and promote development in their transition to independent practice, London Health Sciences Centre launched an evidence-informed initiative, the New Nurse Development Program (NNDP). With approximately 400 participants in 2022, this project is now recognized as a Leading Practice by HSO.
