The Canadian Home Health Nursing competencies were revised and released in November 2024 through a collaborative effort between the Community Health Nurses of Canada (CHNC) and SE Health Research Center. The revision aimed to address current care models and the increasing complexity of home health care. A Dissemination Resource Package was developed to support the integration of these updated competencies, focusing on clarity, education, and ongoing feedback.
