The SOS team has advanced a culture of service excellence with our patients and partners that is kind, respectful, and inclusive no matter what the background or location. Our approach to recovery and harm reduction is growing contagious in the Grey and Bruce region and expertise is being sought out by other services from the success of the SOS team/approach. We truly Engage our patients and their, families / caregivers to co-design patient-centered care models in recovery and harm reduction allowing choice and recovery.
Robyn Nocilla, BScN, MSc, NP-PHC, Brightshores Health System
Robyn Nocilla (she/her) is a primary care nurse practitioner with 13 years experience. She has her Honors Bachelor of Science of Nursing from York University, Honors Master of Science and NP certificate in primary care from McMaster University and honors diploma in Mental Health and Addictions from Mohawk College. She works as a full time NP for the addiction treatment services and RAAM programs at Brightshores Health System. Robyn presents for Indivior and Master Clinician educating practitioners in addiction medicine across Canada and has been working with the Metaphi team for the new AUD ER withdrawal guidelines. She has presented at NPAO and the Metaphi conferences. In her spare time Robyn, is a mother to a beautiful little girl and sports enthusiast, including CrossFit, hockey and running.
