Call For Abstracts

We are inviting submissions for concurrent paper and poster sessions for the 2020 NLN conference which welcomes 200+ nurse leaders for a 2-day educational gathering. This event is unique in that it addresses the mid to senior level nurse managers from across Ontario.

Concurrent paper sessions are 45 minutes in length including Q&A. Posters will be presented at dedicated time on Thursday afternoon and will remain in place on Friday.

It is preferable that submissions support one or more of the following theme clusters:

  • Innovative partnerships
  • Investing in a resilient nursing workforce
  • Leadership succession planning
  • Technology / digital health

Your abstract should state the problem, issue or project in the first paragraph. Briefly describe the approach in which the problem, issue or project was addressed as well as the findings, conclusions or solutions. Examine the relevance to nursing leadership and discuss the application to other settings and the key learning objectives.

To start your submission, go to (URL) and create an account. Once the account is created you will be able to visit multiple times to complete your submission. Before you begin it may be helpful to have your abstract (up to 300 words) and brief biography in MS Word format that you can cut and paste into the appropriate sections of the outline form. All abstracts must be submitted online.
