Exclusive Guest Room Rates
Enjoy exclusive conference rates for your stay! Delegates receive a preferred rate of $169 per night for the conference days, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and Thursday, April 10, 2025.
Guests extending their stay to Monday, April 7, Tuesday, April 8, or Friday, April 11 can also enjoy the same preferred rate of $169 per night. For extended stays on Saturday, April 12, 2025, the rate is $269 per night. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes and a facility fee.*
The online booking portal currently allows guests to book stays for Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and Thursday, April 10, 2025 only. For those wishing to book accommodations for Monday, Tuesday, or Friday, please contact the Reservations Team directly at 1-800-263-5766. Reservation extensions will be subject to hotel availability at the time of the call.

The cut-off date for guest room reservations is Saturday, March 8, 2025. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
