2025 NLN.ON CONFERENCE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Drawing from the overwhelming success of our 2024 in-person conference, we are delighted to invite nurse leaders from across Ontario to join us for the 2025 NLN.ON Conference in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Join us and share innovative practices, research, education, and policy, while networking, engaging in critical conversations, and supporting our experienced and emerging leaders.
The breadth and reach of nurse leaders are unlimited. Nurse leaders practice across the five domains of nursing practice: clinical care, education, administration, research, policy and independent practice.
This year’s theme is Sustainable Leadership…Creating a Lasting Impact, emphasizing the critical role of nursing leaders in fostering sustainability within and across the healthcare sector, highlighting the importance of leadership development, practices that empower change, and education that supports the well-being of the nursing workforce, the longevity of healthcare initiatives, and the overall sustainability of healthcare systems. We want to hear about your sustainable practices and long-term strategies for effective nursing leadership.
We are inviting submissions for oral and poster presentations for the 2025 NLN.ON conference. Oral presentations are 30 minutes in length including questions and answers. Posters will be presented in person at a dedicated time during the conference.
