We are thrilled to share that the Nursing Leadership Network of Ontario (NLN.ON) 2025 Conference was a resounding success. Over 230 nurse leaders and administrators from across Ontario came together to explore the theme of “Sustainable Leadership… Creating a Lasting Impact.”

This year’s conference created a vibrant space for collaboration, learning, and innovative thinking. Attendees engaged in meaningful discussions around the role of nurse leaders in fostering sustainability throughout the healthcare system. The programming focused on leadership development, empowering change, and implementing strategies that support the long-term well-being of the nursing workforce and the overall sustainability of our healthcare systems.

The conference featured three inspiring keynote speakers who offered thought-provoking perspectives on leadership in nursing. Attendees had the opportunity to learn from 38 engaging oral presentations and explore 26 insightful poster presentations submitted by nurse leaders from across the province. A highlight of the event was the Thursday evening dinner, where attendees enjoyed a night of connection and entertainment. All meals were included throughout the 1.5-day event, contributing to a warm and welcoming experience for everyone involved.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors and exhibitors for their generous support and commitment to advancing nursing leadership in Ontario. Your involvement played an integral role in the success of this year’s event, and we are sincerely thankful for your partnership.

As we reflect on the energy and insights shared during the conference, we’re inspired to continue building a strong, united voice for nurse leaders. Together, we are shaping a more sustainable future for healthcare leadership in Ontario.
