Working in an ethnic hub such as Toronto, Ontario, our staff and patient populations come from diverse cultural backgrounds, which shape who they are as clinicians and clients. As nursing leaders, we strive to bridge the gap between our differences and foster a sense of community in our acute mental health setting.
