Donna Rothwell, RN. BScN MN, Senior Principal, Stantec

Donna is a Senior Principal, Client Solutions at Stantec, responsible for leading our Capital and Operational Readiness Planning team. Donna is a RN with a Master’s in Nursing and a Fellowship from Wharton School of Business.
She has extensive experience in healthcare clinical management, healthcare operations and she has served as a senior administration with oversight for operational efficiency and implementation planning, and strategic service alignment.
Donna’s expertise ranges from high level strategic clinical service development and transition to developing and implementing detailed operational, transitional and practice policies. Donna is a passionate champion for interprofessional practice, quality of care, and patient safety and has a reputation for achieving results that have a positive impact on corporate strategic initiatives and outcomes.
Donna is recognized for her contribution to the industry, having held Board level positions for Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario and the Nursing Leadership Network of Ontario (NLN.ON) for Nursing

Helen is an experienced healthcare leader in quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and hospital operations. She has successfully led teams, utilizing lean methodology, to improve the quality, efficiency, and cost of patient care processes. Helen has led organizations through redevelopment projects focused on Operational Readiness and Transition planning and is committed to ensuring we have a sustainable health care system with engaged teams that will enhance the patient experience in our everchanging health care environment.

Regina Fraiya
Well known for her passion and the ability to move initiatives, she has guided enterprise-wide change at many organizations where she improved and expanded clinical programming up to the state level, implemented clinical documentation systems, and championed process redesign utilizing LEAN principles in pursuit of providing the highest level of patient care. She is result driven and has a unique ability to work with clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve positive outcomes in a timely fashion. Passionate about the health care environment, Regina has guided facility master planning and successfully led organizations to achieve Planetree Person-Centered Care certification and Magnet Nursing designation and redesignation.
