C6: Nothing about us, without us: A nursing and health disciplines informatics engagement strategy at a large academic teaching hospital.

This presentation introduces a comprehensive informatics engagement strategy aimed at reducing EHR-related burnout and enhancing satisfaction for nurses and health disciplines. Baseline surveys identified key challenges, leading to a multi-faceted approach including leadership facilitation, technology responsiveness, data-driven documentation streamlining, and improved education and communication. The strategies are adaptable for various healthcare settings.
